Gary Mackelprang - Owner/President
Gary has been in construction since 1972. He started as a laborer working for a general contractor, building custom homes. He served his country in the US Air Force for 24 years and retired in 1998. Gary is currently certified through the IICRC as: Carpet Cleaning Technician, Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, and a Certified Thermographer.
Bart is a flooring installer by trade with over 15 years experience in carpet, tile, vinyl installations. He has been with Rapid Response Restoration, Inc. for over 14 years. Bart started out as a technician and has worked his way up to the position he now holds. He coordinates projects, estimates jobs, supervises employees, and provides excellent customer service. Bart is certified as a Water Damage Technician.
Eddie has been around the construction business most of his life. He has owned his own painting business and as an employee of a large general contractor, supervised the crews doing construction repairs on 375 homes. His long list of knowledge includes; overseeing scheduling, materials ordering, causation reports, sales, marketing, estimating, customer service. He is also proficient in drywall repairs, painting, carpentry (both rough and finish), framing, cabinetry repairs, flooring installation, minor electrical and plumbing. Eddie is certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Microbial Remediation.
Joe has been in the construction business since 1996 when he worked for his brother in their family painting business. Joe is proficient in drywall repairs, framing, rough and finish carpentry, electrical and plumbing, stucco repairs, painting. He has knowledge in materials ordering, scheduling and customer service. He has also helped in the water damage side of the house for over a year and has extensive knowledge. Joe is an easy going guy who gets along with everybody, he enjoys repairing customers homes and seeing the finished project.
Scott is a perfectionist in all he does. He had his own handyman's business and did tenant improvements in private homes as well as property management settings. He is an expert in drywall and painting. He does all phases of painting and excels in faux finishes and venetian plaster. He has experience in carpentry, mold remediation and water damage restoration. Scott also has knowledge in framing, electrical, plumbing, and stucco repairs. He is a total team player and is ready to help in any way he can.
