We are a General Contractor that specializes in the mitigation and repairing of water (flood), fire and mold damaged homes and buildings. We are ready to serve you anytime you need us. We are a true 24 hours a day, seven days a week company.
Since 1994 we have provided professional services and received numerous credentials while servicing the Greater Las Vegas Metropolitan area, we have proven our expertise and competence in the areas of water and fire emergency services, building deflooding, structural dry down, fire mitigation, mold remediation, remodeling/rebuilding/tenant improvements and restoration. We are licensed, insured, and bonded.
Our forte is to arrive quickly with a disaster restoration team, setup and mitigate the damage while taking the burden off of you. Our quick response has saved many thousands of dollars in repair costs. We provide all services from emergency mitigation to the completion of restoration and rebuilding; this provides continuity to the affected party, governmental agency, insurance company and/or management company, thus eliminating confusion with multiple contractors. We are your one-stop-shop!
We are members of the internationally recognized Restoration Industry Association (RIA) and we are a "Certified Firm" in good standing with the Institute of Inspections, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). We are licensed by the State of Nevada as a "General Contractor". Classification B-2.
We have a vast array of equipment and resources to meet any water, fire, mold, sewage, or asbestos emergency situation. Our portable and truck mounted equipment in addition with our high output air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture detection meters, thermal imaging camera and other accessories have handled the smallest residential/commercial water emergencies to over 100,000 square feet of sewer backup in commercial buildings.
